Bio
A man travels the world over in search of what he needs and returns home to find it.
- George Moore
I love the earth, it’s my favorite planet so far, but I've heard great things about the rest of them. It's hard to convey my many facets but I am generally an easy going guy who enjoys new experiences. I grew up in Fort McMurray and outside my backyard fence was raw nature and grand rivers. Going to a mall or on a hockey trip meant driving 4 hours to Edmonton. Maybe that's what makes 30 hours of bus driving in Southern Argentina to go hiking for only 5 days enticing.
I have spent most of the last ten years traveling to new and exciting countries, the last two of which I spent in Africa and South America with my wife Colleen. The travels took me away to amazing places but I ultimately always desired to return home to Canada to be close to my family and friends and to start my own famly.
I enjoy laughing. I love a sense of humour and spreading cheer and I try to surround myself with fun people. In fact, my wife calls my wrinkles laugh lines...I just thought it was from 10 years of traveling and severe sun.
